Talent Services actively contributes to the achievement of SDGs n. 4 and 8, which promote fair and equal access to education and lasting, inclusive and sustainable economic growth. As the data show, Italy is currently among the European nations to record the lowest public investments in education (Source: OECD) and unfortunately the trend is not improving. In particular, public and private scholarships are insufficient to ensure equal access to education for students. The change that Talent Services aims to bring about is to encourage the employability and socio-professional development of talents, facilitating their access to tertiary education, through the offer of economic resources to support the costs. Thanks to the diffusion of the Income Share Agreements, students will be able to attend the best training courses, regardless of their economic conditions. The company also supports young people in choosing their training path, develops welfare and social impact projects with companies to support education and promotes the dissemination of financial products for students.
